Mandy is a highly experienced and compassionate physiotherapist who specialises in manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, and adjunct therapies including dry needling and sports taping techniques. With a focus on person-centred care, she is dedicated to helping clients achieve their recovery goals through a combination of treatment techniques. Mandy is thorough in her assessment to ensure you reach your goals safely and efficiently. Mandy has a particular interest in headaches, jaw pain, spine-related pathology including neck, upper back and lower back pain, foot and lower limb injuries.
